When you're talking about shooting you can really be talking about the sport of shooting many different tools or weapons like the firearm or bow and arrow. You must of course be of the highest caliber of course to make it to that level of expertise as the Olympic shooting sports only take the best shooters in the worlds.

There are different kinds of shooting and there are different regulations for the different competitions if you're going to be practicing to get that good. There are different shooting times that you must be able to beat as far as speed and accuracy if you're going to be a speed shooter. There are different targets that are moving and stationary that you must be able to hit depending on what kind of competition you're entering. There is hip shooting where you basically draw from the hip and fire and there is mounted shooting where you are stationary and have your weapon mounted securely to improve accuracy. There is trick shooting for those people that are that good with their guns and there's even a shooter bible that tells you all the standard rules of handling your firearm. Any serious shooter will know and follow the rules set forth in the shooters bible. There is also a guild of shooting instructors that train and teach the techniques of shooting and how to shoot properly and safely. Other accessories are those like the different kinds of ammunition and different safety equipment like ear plugs and eye goggles.
